Bert Kortegaard Wins IR-100, and Los Alamos Distinguished Performance Awards

Leading small engineering teams at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), Kortegaard won two international awards, ending his career by creating an Applied Sciences Proficiency program, which provided week-long theoretical and design seminars on LANL engineering problems.

The award I enjoy most is probably a sculpture "Mighty Mouse," 2012, from the kind White Rock Senior Center manager and artist Annie Bard.
