Here we have a group of new KATCOMs in 1953, ready to be collected from arear echelon. Three lads from the Durham Light Infantry and one Australianare with them to take their quota. Most of these young fellows wererounded up in the draft by the Korean military and probably wondered whatwas about to befall them! Actually they were better looked after with ourunits, than had they gone to a ROK division.
