CCF 40th Corps 2nd Phase Assault

The first campaign had begun when the 118th Division of 40th Army wiped out an infantry battalion of ROK 6th division, with the CCF only disclosing 30,000 of the 150,000 veteran troops they had secretly infiltrated into North Korea. In the Second Phase, the CCF struck savagely with their full force, by then around 250,000 men, against both 8th Army in the West, and X Corps in the East.
